 Due to the large volume of mail we process we have a number of discounted postal accounts using both Royal Mail and TNT.
The most commonly used discounted services which we can offer are:
Mailsort can save you over 20% on your postage costs
In order for you to receive these discounts we must presort the mail to Royal Mail specifications. This requires processing your address data using our sortation software, printing the mail in Mailsort order, maintaining this order throughout production then bagging and tagging for collection.
There are 3 delivery speeds available.

Eligibility for Mailsort requires:

at least 4000 letters (2000 if posted within the same postcode), or at least 1000 large letters, or packets; |

90% of addresses are accurately post-coded. (If this is not the case then our PAF cleansing service can update incorrect addresses in your list). |
Walksort can save you over 35% on postage costs
 This service is similar to Mailsort however there is a further stage in the sortation process with the mail being sorted into actual postal walk order.
There are 2 delivery speeds available.

Eligibility for Walksort requires:

at least 4000 letters (2000 if posted within the same postcode), or at least 1000 large letters, A3 packets or packets; |

addresses 100% accurately postcoded. (If this is not the case then our PAF cleansing service can update incorrect addresses in your list); |
| - |
mail is being delivered to at least one in ten of all delivery points in it's coverage area. |
Cleanmail can save you over 10% on your postage costs
Cleanmail is mail that can automatically be processed through Royal Mail's sortation machines.
There is no sortation required to take advantage of this service, however mail must be prepared to Royal Mail specifications. There are two variations of this service, these are Cleanmail and Cleanmail Plus.

Eligibility for Cleanmail requires:

mailing list is accurately post-coded - 90% for Cleanmail and 95% for Cleanmail Plus; |

* 165mm x 240mm or smaller; |

* 90mm x 140mm or bigger; |
| |
* 5mm thick or less. |

addresses are either printed using a Royal Mail specified font or are accompanied with a bar-code which relates the delivery office. |
