Like Direct Mail, E-mail Broadcasts are a powerful and targeted way of getting your message across.
There is however legislation in place regarding E-mail Marketing which if not adhered to could result in a £5,000 for each breach.
We are here to ensure that your campaign is produced effectively and that it meets with all current legislation. There are three key points to be considered when undertaking an E-mail campaign. These are
|opt in||When sending to consumers it is important that your list contains the addresses of people who have opted in to receive marketing e-mails. As yet the same rules regarding using only opt in e-mail addresses do not apply to all business e-mails, however caution must be taken as there are certain types of businesses which should not be sent unsolicited e-mails.|
|identity||The identity of the sender should never be concealed.|
|unsubscribe||You must ensure that you provide the option for the recipient to be removed from the list should they wish to opt out from receiving any further communications via e-mail. This should be clear and free of charge for the recipient and should take the form of an unsubscribe option which is part of the marketing e-mail.|
In addition to ensuring your broadcast complies will all current legislation we can also provide you with targeted opt-in e-mail lists and html design. If however you would like to supply the html document then we are happy to use this.
So all you need to do is tell us who you want to target and we can take care of the rest.
how it works
Regardless of whether you have your own list or require us to procure one on your behalf, the process is the same
We will have a test e-mail sent to you prior to running the broadcast to ensure all click throughs are active and all images appear correctly.
We also provide you with a transmission report detailing e-mails delivered, e-mails opened, click through rates and unsubscribes. We will also ensure that all unsubscribe requests are actioned promptly.Tags: services, mailing, mail, direct, e-mail, message, powerful, broadcast, email, broadcasts, targeted
